For the price, you get a good amount of space. The floorplans maximize space utilization, but there are some odd omissions, such as no front door closets.
The noise level is fairly low, the maintenance staff is terrific and responds very quickly. The appliances are very new and of good quality.

The office staff is not very friendly, but adequate.

The landscaping is pretty good and well kept up but nothing special.

Security is not good, with security gates broken a lot of the time.

Common areas are often not well maintained, and are more for show than functional.

In general, a good value for the money.
