Westchase Forest Apartments

Maintenance awful!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I currently live here and it has it ups and downs starting with maintenance...I have AC issues that were never fixed properly. They come in and say.. oh it was just the Filter so then I leave out of town for the weekend and come home to a frozen ac system leaking and a apt hot as OVEN! I call before dark to report and they don't even call you back they let the answering service know that..so when you call back to see where they are..the answering service lets you know that they will not be in til next day. I only live here for the convenience of my children schools and the price is fairly decent. As far as management the only one that is worth anything is the part-time girl. Toya has the attitude from _ _ _!! Like You bother them while she is doing nothing anyway. Sprinker system WATCH OUT! They come on and squirt the cars and the sidewalks you walk on to get to your apt.UGH! Yes it has gone down...but it has to do with who runs the place.
