Ok. I admit that I haven't lived here in a year, but I noticed all the "nice" reviews about this place written by the leasing office. NONE OF IT IS TRUE! When I lived here the staff was COLD. They did not care about thier current residents. If you tried to go into the office to talk to somebody, there was a snobby Bi*** who closed her doors and sometimes even put up a sign that she could not help as she was accounting. This is as low as this place could get. Other than bad management, the weight room had the worst equipment, most of which was broken. The gates NEVER worked, the dryer in the apartment was bad, security was bad, fees were high and the maintenance people were perps.

The management can get on here and say how nice they are, but don't believe it. They want you to sign a lease and then it's over for you. Be warned.

I have been living here almost a year. I have not had any problems. When there is a issue in my apartment, it is handled immediately. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. Toya is a warm and inviting person and has always been helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.

Moreover, I've been in the office when one of the office people asked that same person to help me (as they were with another person at that moment), she said (loud enough for me to hear) "I don't have time for that". Of course you don't have time for your customers, they have signed contracts, who cares if they're happy, they can't leave without paying you a ton of cash.
