The apartments itself are not too bad, the condition is not spectacular but it's decent. There are alot of loud people at night rolling in the complex with loud music (not always rap), and the walls are paper thin. You can hear everyone's conversation and business through them even if you don't want to. There seems to be alot of what most people would say "gangster like" people that live here but I havent encountered any problems with any of them, besides rolling around with loud music. Everyone in the staff has been very nice and helpful except for one girl that sits at the office to the right as soon as you walk in. I'm a recruiter and based on my experiences with her, I would never hire her or consider her for any good paying position that I would be hiring for.
