The Westchase Forest Apartments are a member of the Houston Apartment Association, Texas Apartment Association and The National Apartment Association. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this Web site are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, or who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining about our apartment community and its management.

This is glorious! I can't believe that they are claiming they evicted all the poeple who are complaining on this site! I can assure you, my husband and I, who despise Westchase more than anyone, WERE NOT EVICTED. (See my previous review on 11/01/2006) I can guarantee that we each, separately, made more money than any family in that hellhole. WF would love to have more tenants like us who always paid our rent on time and were quiet and law-abiding. Let me tell you, in the 2.5 years I lived at Westchase Forest, no one was ever evicted. Drug dealers, illegal aliens (12 per apartment), drug users...it didn't matter. Westchase Forest accepted everyone. I'm not refusing to disclose my identity, I just don't want to be hunted down and killed by the scary people at WF. It's kind of funny how someone would come back after a year and a half to respond. I would also like to point out that there are 400 units on the property and there's only this many reviews in 8 years. It's an apartment, things are not going to be perfect. No matter where you live you will have some people that cause problems. I'm sorry but that's a part of life. If you want things to be perfect.. buy a house BUT are you going to complain to the mortgage comapny that you don't like your neighbors. Stop overreacting and get a life.

I had auto sign up reminder and it told me there were new comments. That's why I'm responding to this BS. I lived her for 6 months and it was horrible. I was not evicted and trust me, I have a professional career. The management here is really bad, their maintenance team is made up of perps, a lot of people who live here are shady and it's just not a good place to live.
