I admit this site is helpful BUT you have to take things with a grain of salt. Things are not going to be perfect, NOTHING IS!!!! Yes, there might be a few non-considerate people BUT where is there not. Westchase Forest tries the best that they can. Alot of times things are not reported to the office and we are unaware. There are also things that we can only do so much. I have friends that live here and I have became friends with residents here. We are only human and at times we make mistakes. If you have never made a mistake in your life, then you can cast the first stone. I welcome anyone to come and see the property for yourself. The thing that sets us apart is that we do care for our residents and we try our best to make everyoen happy BUT you also have to understand that this IS a business and we have to do our jobs. To jdang - are you seriously in management? This has to be the sorriest excuse in the world. you are only human? Are you serious. i have family that reside there & as a visitor, i enjoy the property. Currently looking for a new apt but you lame excuse just put a damp in it for me. If you didnt know, residents who are satisfied never post anything. Only disgruntled tenants & tenants that you guys have actually wronged will put up a review & any educated person can tell which is which. So your excuses are childish. JDANG you deserve a write up for this silly mockery you just made of WF.
