Westchase Forest Apartments

They have terrible accounting/billing. Their rent is incredibly high and go up every time you renew contract. Don't be surprised to get an Eviction Notice on your door even after you paid them. Very unorganized accounting management, they would demand for more money out of nowhere. Therefore, beware and cautious of Westchase Forest Apartments, if you are looking for trouble and loss of money this is the place to be.

Maybe you didn't pay your rent on time. I always take the extra step to get a receipt when I pay my rent and never experienced any problems with accounting. As for rent increases- look around! Duh!! Everyone is increasing the rents. At least this complex completed all of the damage repairs from IKE. I don't know too many places that did. Most took the money and didn't repair the complex. No apartment home is going to be perfect, but Westchase is not too bad. I am sure there are better places and worse places. You can't satisfy everyone - and even the best places is going to have someone with complaints.

Rate hikes are in fact normal but WF is rather high.
As far a repairing damage from Ike, how many people got their cars repaired when the covered parking fell down? A lot of people lost whole back windshields, not to mention scratches, dents and such.
And look at all the complaints - given how similar they all are, guess what the problems are?
