I moved in last year, and I loved the place. My neighbors are great -- maybe it depends on which residence building. I was in the Ashley residence. And there's not a better location. My apartment was very nice and clean, I never heard noise, I didn't have any problems, and I never once saw a bug of any kind anywhere. I recommend it.
