I have lived here for almost 7 years. In 2000 it was a great place. Good Management, Great neighbors. HOWEVER if these 7 years.. the place has went from an 8 to a 2. Yes, it is that bad. The new management, uncaring, unprofessional, and RUDE. Multiple times I and my fellow neighbors have complained about certain issues, we either get the brush off or they basically tell us it's not their problem! Crime rate, I personally have witnessed 1 armed robbery in progress, and this was at only 10pm! on a weeknight! People breaking into cars is the norm here. Its only a matter of time before your window is broken out and your stereo is pulled from your dash. Neighbors, at one point it was young professionals who were courteous. Now, a mixture of tweakers, pilled out freaks, rude owners with pitbulls who don't watch their pets and what appears to be some gang members who meet in the workout gym at night. Sorry, I am leaving this place as soon as my lease is up. It was a great deal at the time, but now, they couldn't pay me to live here..

yes. this place does suck. i can't wait for my lease to end. my friends won't come over here anymore and i don't blame them. they don't even live here, but won't come here to hang out. why? because the last 2 times they came here, they saw the aftermath of car break ins. They don't want their cars to get broken in either. the exterior lightening in the parking lot is horrible. VERY UNSAFE. last sunday 3/23, 2 cars were broken into. we saw the glass of the driver side all over.. this could be prevented if they had better lighting. this place is not worth your own personal safety or your property getting broken into. renter beware.

All yuppie professionals here in 1989 - '90. All changed now, huh? Thanks for the "heads up." Was in San Francisco & Sacramento, 8 years away from Houston, so it's good to know what's changed around town.
