Is the location great? Yes. Is it really that bad? Yes. Would I renew my lease here or recommend it to anyone? No. Is the rent fair? sorta. Can you put a price on peace and quite? One needs to realize that fair rent/price and great location is not the only factor involved in making a recommendation. I base my decision highly on when I am inside the apartment. The noise, suspicious tenants, dog owner's not cleaning up after their dog, gate always being broken, and the lack of management's role of getting issues solved quickly. I am glad you are happy here. Based on the other reviews, seems like you are one of the exceptions (37%).

I must admit that I was happy with this place when I first moved in. I loved the location and the cheap rent. I did not mind a few things like the door being broken or the lack of management skills. Right now I am no longer happy with this building. I am tried of the smell and always getting the run around from the front office. I am tried of the front door being broken and the robberies. I am tried of suspicious tenants, dogs, and the noise. I would never recommend this place to anyone not even someone who I may dislike. This place is cheap for a reason.
