Not bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I live here from sept 2005 - feb 2007 and I had no problems with it. The apt is very spacious and priced well. Parking was not a problem bc you have an assigned space and there is also plenty of parking in the front lots for guests. I also had a w/d in my unit which was a life saver, the laundry facility doesn't look very clean but I never used it. The management staff were never rude to me. The dry cleaner is a rip off. I had a unit that was over looking the courtyard, which I would recommend and not a pool view bc there are lots of kids. But courtyard side was very peaceful. You should buy curtains though bc the window blinds aren't good enough.
