I lived here two years. My car was broken into twice while it was inside the gated lot. Someone actually tried to drive it out of the parking lot. The gate is always broken and people are let in constantly. My apartment flooded 5 times. Management would not let me stay in another apartment. They also ran the electricity when they blew the carpet dry instead of replacing it. This is sewage overflowing from neighbors. They would not pay the overage charges on the electricity they used. I also had to sleep in the crime ridden parking lot while they fixed my carpet. They could not wait til morning. People would park in my assigned parking place and the management would not do anything. They didn't give me all of my security deposit back and wouldn't give it to me until I complained to the Apartment Association and the Better Business Bureau. Don't even bother expecting it back. Horrible place. Don't move in unless you like giving your money away!
