I just moved in, but the area is very nice and the staff seems very friendly. All of the residents so far have been very kind and understanding no has gotten mad if we accidentally blocked someone's car while moving my stuff up the stairs.

Overall good community and apartments. Just as of now the rent/value ratio is a bit high. Apartment has almost all the amenities required but the quality can be improved for the rent. Good location for food, groceries, parks.

Nice property?! The location is wonderful. Accessible to the tolls and every highway within the city of Houston. Rental prices are attainable not too pricey. Plenty of space in the apartments. Pool is nice as well.

We just moved in last week, so far everything is great! I was worry about parking situation at night since I come home late from work every night, I always find a spot! Quiet community and all unit come with full size washer and dryer??

So far so good quiet clean community the office staff is very nice and friendly and will answer you promptly to anything inquiry you may have on the property. Amazing team ! They have a nice size pool if you have family as well

Very lovely place, I love the apartments. The staff of the office were so nice and friendly the entire time. Love their community center and fitness center the most. Is very quiet and nice in the apartment complex. I really love it here.
