BEWARE!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Beware of these apartments. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. The manager there is very rude and she encourages the office staff to be rude also. You would be lucky if you ever see the maintence personnel. They have a security gaurd at the gate after dark. Security willeither hassle you and your guests or not do their job at all. While the security was on duty a car-jacker stole a car from a resident's guest and killed an innocent man. Management did not seem shocked and asked the residents not to discuss the matter. You will be lucky if you get to park near your apartment. This propery will not hesitate to deny your deposit refund without so much as even a explanation. So please reconsider.
