These USED to be good apartments. But now low income apartments surround this place and the gangsta's jump over the fence here all the time. Had no hot water for a week in te winter this past year. Roaches all over the place. Loud children run around like little thugs. Air conditioning keeps breaking and having to be repaired. The management at this place has taken a downturn, expect for Sara, a new hire, wat a freaking hottie. Take a tour at least just to meet her. But don't lease, well unless she agrees to date you. Nah! I've had very loud neigbhors that made their apartment into a recording studio. Loud cars blasting base and mexican music come around at all times of the day and night. This one is the kicker, the TRASH hasn't been picked up in 2 weeks. It's overflowing all around. I can smell the crap as I walk outside my apartment to my car. I wouldn't recommend these apartments. I am currently looking for a new place as I write this review.

I used to work there in 2000 and the apartments seemed fairly nice back then, but now I live in California. It sounds like it really has gone down the toilet. Even when I worked there though, my car was damaged in the parking lot by people doing fireworks on 4th of July.
