Yes they are theives From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Lied about move in specail and being part of the Houston Apartment Association. Would not refund my deposit after I decided to live else where due to apartments being in an unsafe location. They stole my money, and refused to let me rent the apartment after I decided I would just stay. Do not come here, they will take everything you have.
