I lived in the willows in 2008 I think the reviews I've read so far are pretty much true. the roaches are a big problem!!!!!!! I set off two roach bombs in my apartment when I moved in and there were a few roaches that came out. I thought this was a good thing until I was there for a few weeks and they started to come in droves and I couldn't believe it. Not to mention that I wasn't too satified with the management when I moved into the apartment. The trash cans by the mailboxes are used for residents' personal trash and not the mail it's intended for. I think this is so nasty, everytime I go to the mailbox and I see big bags of trash laying all over the ground I get so disgusted!!!!! The sad part about this is management does nothing about it they just get maintainence to pick it up and the wait for someone else to leave another bag. Instead of sending out warning notices about it. I can't wait to move because I can't take the madness.
