I have been living in this nightmare for a year and it has been horrible, ghetto children hanging out, Trash scattered everywhere , Im embarrassed to invite anyone to my apartment cause of the way it looks and I'm scared that there car might get broken into, The staff Is soooooo sorry and they dont give a damm about your issues at your home that there responsible for , My air was broken for 2 days days this summer and I had to constantly call to remind them that i needed it fix, my water was off for 3 days and they didnt inform the residents of the water being off to give us a heads up, so ---- was sitting in my toilet for days before the water was back on, I was the one to complain about them letting the residents know ahead of time before they do things like that, Thats why the send out letters now, I will be moving at the end of this month and Im SO HAPPY .DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!

I assure you that no service call goes unfinished, nor exceeds 48 hours without just cause. I have lived here for almost ten years and the water has never been off for three days, not even for a full 24 hours. If you are scared about your car being broken into, then no matter where you live in Houston, you need to get rid of your car as there is a chance it will be broken into. Like I said, I have lived here for almost 10 years and have never had a problem. The new management has and will go out of their way to make the residents happy.
