Lived here exactly 1 year before having to move from change in carreer, otherwise I would still be at Wilshire Place. No vandalisim to any of my property (or anyone elses that I knew personally). Never heard gunshots or saw any gang's / members in the complex.

The only issues were normal ones. Rowdy neighbors, domestic disputes (couples fighting) but the night time security guard was right there calling the police within minutes. Also had some issues with maintenance, as they had hired some punk who liked to wear chains from his pants even while on the clock. I needed a bird nest removed from my dryer vent above my door and it took them a long time to do this, and when they did they threw the remains on my porch and left it there....a little talk with the manager fixed that right up. They are slow at coming to fix things but your not their only tenant ya know....

It's close to all major shopping/stores you need, and the landscaping is nice. I would reccomend it to people who don't mind diversity and have some patience.

I could not agree more, for the most part its nice,like the staff, like Anthony, grounds are clean, maintenance for the most part great little slow at times but gets it done who is the maintenance guy with chains I have never seen him.
