Dont move here, this place is unsafe, the water gets turned off alot without notice and the worst if you complain for anything they'll call the police on you but refuse to fix your problem. My first week when I moved in I kept getting bitten by something and so was my 1 yr old son. I didn't know what it was until I saw like 10 little black bugs jumping on my son's white shirt........to my surprise they were fleas. I could not believe it. I cried to my last day at this complex, I went to the manager and he offered a carpet shampoo and to get the apartment sprayed, they did that for 5 times and didnt work. I told the manager that I wanted to break my lease and he refused.....my son and I were miserable and I felt to bad, when I went telling the manager that it was bull ---- and I could not live like that, he told me I probably brought the flease with me, I got really pissed and yelled to some new residents not to rent there and the manager called the police. This was my worst experience ever, and till this day I'm tramautized by just remembering those days.

Thank you for your comments; we encourage our residents to let us know what they think. Though I must admit I am a bit confused as I am the new property manager and have very limited knowledge of this. I can attest to the fact that if water service is going to be discontinued for any reason, a letter goes out to notify residents so they may plan accordingly. I can assure you that we do not call the police on residents for complaining. Here at Wilshire Place, we have an open door policy and, as I said earlier, we encourage residents to come into the office and voice their concerns. I can understand your frustration with the situation ?? especially after 5 carpet shampoos and pest control treatments. However, I must say that it seems that he did try to help. I would greatly enjoy the opportunity to discuss this situation with you in person and invite you to come in, grab a cup of our gourmet coffee, and join me for a chat??our office doors are always open for residents. Thank you again. Have a great day.
