Office staff BAD, Apartments ok

I ve been here for over a year now, the office staff has change since I moved in and the new staff man do they have an attitude. It seems like the only thing they care about is the new residents coming in. Yes, you may be treated like a Queen/King when looking for an apartment but once you sign that lease contract ha you re no longer important. My advice to you, have every promise they give you in writing. I was told many things before and while moving in, for example, touch up paint when renewing my contract and shampooing two times in my lease contract (being that I renewed for 15 months, the longest lease term). The new staff told me they never done such thing and that I was told wrong. Another thing is they will tell you anything just to get rid of you. I was told many wrong things that I ended up researching myself. Bottom line office staff needs to go especially, assistant manager (NOT helpful at all) she just nods her head yes for everything with out researching the situation. The actual manager, I only know, that she smokes alot, I ve seen her smoking out side the office and on her cell while just sitting on the gulf car. The apartments are airtight. Some crime.

I would first like to say that our residents are very important to us and we strive to keep our residents happy as resident satisfaction is tantamount to success. I haven??t had the pleasure of discussing your concerns with you in person and would very much like the opportunity. As in every aspect of life, occasionally there are miscommunications and those can be quickly rectified with a conversation. We will be more than happy to touch up your paint for you and carpet shampoos are a standard benefit of renewing any lease contract. As the things stated in your post are rather vague, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to address them with you in person, as our goal is to provide the best customer service. Are you serious and Wilshire Place is not informing current residents to be careful????What kind of BS is that? I have to agree with the breaking into cars, we seen guys walking around with someones rims/caps and tried to play it off. I dare someone to try to break into my stuff they going to wish they havent once they end up shot and dead, I got plenty of "security" at my place one in each bedroom!!!
