Run away! The tile was falling off of the wall in our bathroom above the faucet. One even hit me in the foot while I was taking a shower! We called many times to tell them. Then about half of the tiles fell off at once and we noticed that the plywood behind was rotting and soaking wet. We called right away to tell them that we thought the water might be leaking into the apartment below us. They couldn't come out because it was a Saturday and not an emergency. If you want to live in the ghetto and have drug dealers (literally, we saw and smelled him smoking weed) then this is the place for you! The office staff are not willing to work with you on any problems and they roll their eyes when you walk in. I am a teacher and I feel so sad for the shoeless young children wandering around in the parking lot unsupervised.

Wow thats crazy if you got hurt i would hold them responsible. To me its -------- they would not help you since it was a Saturday, I hate when they say that, they are full of ----!!!!

LOL..u feel sorry for the unsupervised kids. If they would put in a playground area and made it "family friendly" they wouldn't be wondering around. You expect the kids to be stuck in the house all day.

sorry Adriana [Manager] but just cause you have a 'stringent' application doesn't mean you're gonna catch the bad guys. you do know that some bad guys don't have a record right?! as in they've never gotten caught. also it doesn't help if you write the same crap to every resident that complains...FIX THE PROBLEM AND THAT'S IT!
