wilshire is a step above many.For the two years i have been here,the staff has done everything possible to please me. The grounds is always cut,trash picked up and maintnace is the best and fastest in town.Management is always ready to listen and help whatever the problem. Yes,apartment properties do have their flaws,but the staff here at Wilshire make a honest effort to inprove everyday.
