NO! BAD! Back away from the lease!

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The management is so nice when they want something from you - a signed leased. Any other time, watch out. My roomate's car got broken into twice in one month. The management simply turned their nose up and seemed unconcerned. Friendly and friendly-looking residents are far and few between. Any rain and you might as well call out the Coast Guard to retrieve your car. The gates stay open. The back fence surrounding the property is constantly broken. I have seen two grounds people in a year. Both work very hard, but it's a big enough place to require more. When we first moved in the mice, ants, and roaches greeted us. Oh and not to forget the dumpsters. They are most always overflowing. When the last storm blew through, the overflow was ALL over the property. Overall this place licks. Don't move here. . . Really.
