WHERE DO I BEGIN FIRST OF ALL THEY CHANGE MANAGEMENT TO DAMM MUCH SINCE I LIVED HERE I'VE SEEN 3 DIFFERENT MANAGERS THE FIRST ONE THAT WAS HERE WHEN I GOT HERE WAS SUPER HIS NAME WAS JERMY(VERY FLAMBOYANT YOUNG MAN BUT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARING)THEN THERE WAS THE BOOKKEEPER STAR SHE WAS A POWDER HEAD (HOW DO I KNOW BECAUSE SHE WAS GETTING FROM MY EX)THEN THERE WAS PAT SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND ON HER P'S AND Q'S WHEN IT CAME TO TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS WITH THE TENANTS SHE LASTED MAYBE 3 TO 4 MONTHS THEY CAN NOT KEPT GOOD MANAGERS AND THESE TWO THAT I AM TALKING ABOUT WERE BLACK (HMMMMMMMMM)MAKES YOU WONDER THE GATES ARE ALWAYS OPEN WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS YOU HAVE TO PULL OUT YOUR BOAT TO GET TO YOUR CAR AND APARTMENT IF NOT YOU WILL BE ANOTHER STATISTICS OF THE KATRINE ---- OH AND LET'S NOT FORGET THE SEWER SMELL I HAD TO GO AND BUY ALL KINDS OF ---- THAT SMELLS GOOD ---- I HAD TO START LIGHTING CANDLES AND SPRAYING ROOM SPRAY OUTSIDE SINCE PAT'S BEEN GONE JOSE(THE OLD MAINTENANCE MAN)QUIT AND TOOK HIS AMIGOS WITH HIM HE WAS EXCELLENT NOW THE NEW ONES COME IN YOUR HOUSE AND DO NOT LEAVE AN MAINTENANCE ORDER TO LET YOU KNOW THAT THEY BEEN THERE WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN I AM GOING TO SHOOT A MOTHER---- IF I CAME HOME AND MY ---- IS MISSING SO IF YOU VALUE LIVING NICE DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MOVE HERE OH YA THERE IS A NEW MANGER(AGAIN)AND SHE IS AWFUL I HAD TO CALL JOE BURGESS THE BIG MAN TO COMPLAIN NOW THAT IS BULLLLLLLLLLSHIT

I understand where your coming from because lord knows it is a mess here. management, maintainence is horrible, since new management the pools remain closed. you have washer machines, refridgerators, dryers, stoves, and diswashers all outside,broken! You call the office no one ever answers the phone, you can call fifty times to get someone and the assistant manager becky must have a fifth grade education because she acts as if she doesn't know anything. I had to call corporate office on them myself. I feel that all the residents should go on strike and not pay rent to see if it changes anything. The apartments have went completely downhill since new management came a month ago. I wish jeremy, pat, ivie, jose, and his amigos would open up there own apartment complex or come back to windemere
