Good for the dollar From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I think I live in a differnt complex than some of the others. I have no problems with management, maintenance has always responded quickly and done a good job. The complex is old, which explains some of the structural problems, but they have been working on repairs and renovations since I moved in 5 months ago. I rarely have a problem with noise. I will say the parking situation is ridiculous and I have never seen a security person. All in all, though, it is a good buy for the dollar.
