Will Not Recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I originally fell in love with the location of the apartments. Everything was so close and easy to access. I was lured in with their specials on rent. I thought that we were getting over on them! But that all changed after living there for one month. We pay for parking every month, which is nowhere near the unit, and it is not covered. The utilities are outrageous every month. Who do you know that pays $100 a month for water and gas that stay in an apartment' We do not have a washer and dryer. And we do not use our dishwasher. The electric bill is going to be high in an old apartment, I can understand that. They do not have any window screens on any of the windows or patios. And I do not feel comfortable with opening a window to let more than fresh air in!!! The leasing staff are not as friendly after they get you into the lease. It was the worst mistake I have ever made.
