First off this is a very nice complex it is the most quiet one i have ever stayed in no problems. What kills this place is the so called water bill that comes to you monthly. Its unaffordable to some people. Just remember that the price of the unit you get, and then tack on at least an extra $100 for the water. They will give you an estimate that they say you have to pay but its not a real estimate. Also a hidden $20 fee for a fire extinguisher is required they failed to mention that to me till i payed my deposit and rent, and it dosen't matter if you have your own. So think twice about it, dont let it bite you in the ass.
