SAME PROBLEM!!!!!!!! I had "barking complaints" and was forced to give up one or both of my dogs so I chose to give my larger up. He found a new home and I was living alone with my one dog that hardly ever barked. A couple months later I moved out with my one dog and continued paying rent though I was not living in my apartment. Guess what? WITHOUT ME EVEN LIVING OR STEPPING FOOT IN MY APARTMENT I CONTINUED GETTING NOISE COMPLAINTS. There is no checking on what's going on... angry middle aged women can't stand the younger girls that actually have lives so they have to make false complaints. I say you're better off just moving out!
