Richdale group not so rich. From: ggonza Date posted: 12/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007 1 response   I've lived here 5yrs and it has been pure heck. I could have moved long time ago,but I just love the bayou and thought we could work things out. I have been cont. harrassed by Corporate who allways blames me for any noise in our building,instead of asking me "what's going on" I'm told it was me and recieve a letter to be added to my file,of many. The police have been called on me numerous times that even they say were unwarranted calls. The last straw is after paying almost $1000.00 rent for 4yrs(never late)they have now chosen to not renew my lease and gave me almost 2mos to find a new place. I tried talking to them,because my fiance is in a wheelchair and we have to get an apt.that is w/c accessible could we leave before that time if an apt becomes available(diff to find w/c accessible apts)and they said sure but I have to pay all rents that are due!!!!! I am allowed to stay for their convience,but can't leave early for mine. Thanks Richdale Group
