I lived here for 6 years and have been threatened with eviction for complaining about the ceiling caving in, my property being stolen by the maintenance guys and general unsafe and unheatly living conditions. -------- is the worst property manager I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and the people in the main office, specifically ------ are just as bad.

Believe it or not, -------- is giving you advance warning. Richdale has a habit of evicting tennants that ask for roof repairs, etc. It costs money to maintain the property and thus tennants are expected to live with it. You will be much happier moving before being forced. It would be a blessing for the city to condemn the property.
