HORRIBLE - I would not recommend living here. I was stuck in a 1-year lease and was praying to get by until the day I moved out. Office staff is terribly rude and incompetent. The man that lived below me bragged about his firearms all of the time and tried to poison me with date-rape drugs (yeah like they do background checks), my car was vandalized (windows busted out and tires slashed) - when I complained they said this is a common occurrence in apartment complexes, security guards do not speak English and let anybody drive through gate, apartments are infested with ants and fleas, dishwasher was backed up from garbage disposal (smelled great), air conditioning vents were a bio-hazard (filters never been changed), air conditioning hums like a freight train, provided cable service never worked (was fuzzy) and high-speed internet connectivity through a cable line does not work because their cable lines are archaic, sauna never worked, hot tub/pools were constantly dirty, sewage backed up once and left poooo and toilet paper all over grounds surrounding apartments. The property lights were always out which made me feel very unsafe living in a dark woodsy complex. I had guests come stay one week and the water was out for 2-whole days, eventually it came back on but spit out orange rust water with chunks in it for one whole night. They will make this place look nice when they are trying to sell you on the property. It appealed to me at first because it seemed nice and cozy and it was cheap. Yeah- it's cheap for a reason. I lived in a huge 2x2 for $725. There is a reason behind that, you know. They will show you a nice, remodeled, clean unit. When you move in, they will put you in a dump full of creepy people. Some residents (who obviously don't use birth control) practically pack a family of 10 in one little unit and stink up yours with their weird, stinky cooking. My cat scratched up a 1x1 hole in my carpet and the apartment charged me over $1,000 to repair carpet and pads throughout the unit - my fault but $1,000' I tried to negotiate with them and they threatened to ruin my credit. In addition, they charged me $50 for a damaged fire extinguisher which was damaged prior to my move in. I don't care what great reviews other people have said about this place, I am warning you DON'T EVEN CONSIDER IT! YOU WILL HATE LIVING THERE AND WILL BE EMBARASSED TO BRING GUESTS OVER!!!!!!!!

My GOD! I live on this property and have seen nothing like what you're describing! My filters have been changed three times in the last year, cable is crystal clear, appliances are new and working well, and the property lighting is so bright I had to buy shades because even with the mini blinds there is light pouring into my apartment after dark. You must be in a really crappy unit in a crappy section. I wouldn't put up with some of the problems you've had (air conditioning, water, etc.) Did you ever ask to be moved to another unit?
