Once Upon A Time...Woodlake was really nice

I have live at WOB for several years, i've stayed mainly because of the convenient location and low rent. I have seen many many leasing associates come and go, which is a good thing, because not only did they LACK industry and professional training, but they NEVER make you (the resident) feel as though they have your best interest at heart. Sorry, but nice pools, big floor plans and pretty trees don't MAKE a property. It is the way it is handled and run by management. Whom always fall short of my expectations (and many others). Which leads to why rent was so low, the complex is VACANT! So in order to up the occupancy they lowered the rent. I could go on and on about the many incidents I have encountered and the less than exceptable "excuses" given by management, but i won't. Other than what is "suppose" to be holding this property together, Woodlake is a pretty nice place to live.
Oh yea, rent could probably be even lower if they eliminated there monthly expense of SECURITY. What a joke. What's the point in having a sticker on your car to show you are a resident, they don't stop you even if you don't have one. Half the time they are in the restroom or asleep (especially at night).
TIP: If you call in a maintenance request (regardless of its importance or severity), always call 2 or 3 more times, to ensure the workorder actually gets handed off to the maintenance staff. Communication is not one of their "key" skills.
