Woodlake On the Bayou

Parking is a nightmare! Beware the termites too! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Common area parking is nonexistent (probably because your assigned parking is Very inconvenient!) The exterior of our fireplace (and many others) is falling apart bit by bit from the termites. Dirty people that Never pick up after their dogs, I'm very happy to find a place that will take my large dog but nothing is ever done to enforce the 'pick up after your pet' policy. Guards can do NOTHING about people parking in fire zones or just simple noise from the party next door (numerous complaints yet they still continue to party until 4am at times). Great location but after living here for 1.5yrs it's gotten bad. I'm sorry I signed a new lease.
