OK From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Pros: You can rent videos for free, apartment maintenance is ok, they tend to only fix things when your NOT home. Staff is very nice. Cons: You can hear everything that goes on upstairs. Never expect a good parking spot. When it rains,your shoes will get muddy because there are puddles all over the sidewalks. There are a lot of young people in the complex. The gates are false security. You can hear the train in the middle of the night.
