I love it here..i DO live right by the pool and yes it gets frustrating at times, but it is just laid back here..Parking used to be a big issue when all units are pretty much full. Staff is ok..They accomodate you to the best of their legal abilities..I would reccommend giving it a try..SEE IF U CAN get a resident who lives here to provide a referral and go half with you on the new lease bonus of $500.00..I referred two friends and split it with them..We have lived here going on a year this July...
