I can't really agree with the other people i think the staff couldn't be sweeter they were nice before and after I signed my lease. My Rent is perfect its uber cheap!The only thing i can agree with is the pavement, I have a very low car and every single bump feels like hell! But the Pot holes are already in the works so other than that I like it!! I understand about flooding but it's Houston!!! It floods everywhere Duh!! If you were born or raised here you'd think you'd be used to it by now it sucks but its unavoidable!!!! I've lived here for about 6 months already and I really have nothing major to complain about! I love that my apartment is right by the the pool a little noisy sometimes but no real bother! My friends come by all the time we play tennis and swim and they seem to always find parking without getting towed. I'm sure Bad experiences ruined everyone elses experience Sorry for all your misery. But i like it and I do in fact plan on Renewing My lease And if you can make a negative into a positive I totally recommend it here!!

grammer and spelling is awful, that tells you a lot about the individual, office staff is nice of course a man when you first meet him is nice and say all the right things until he gets what he wants. that's the way they are they are nice to you in order to get what they want, but when it comes to repairs they are shotty, the grounds are filthy, they don't have a blower, they pick up the obvious and ignore the not so obvious trash that is laying around, cigarette butts etc. parking is a hassel, the noise from the loud cars coming through disturb you early in the morning and late at night. you have dudes walking around with their pants below their butts, dog mess on the ground, i could go on and on but why, it is what it is.

Honestly I'd just hate myself if I was to be as negative as you!!! Grow up the world isn't fair some of us get parking spots!! That's why people like you have to keep looking!!! Some of us don't get our cars broken into it just happens!! and not everybody has to sit around and constantly complain about all the stupid little things!!! I choose to live here so did you!! I like it im staying if you have your issues just leave go and be happy somewhere else!! I'm sure your a saint and never litter,phst... who's to say that's not your trash lying on the floor. Luckily for me I have a good outlook on life! As long as I'm Happy I could care less about cigarette butts?? And by the way my grammar and spelling are just fine prick!

Well, I'm glad you're having a decent experience. Just be sure when you do move out and give notice that you keep a signed copy for your records. The flooding didn't bother me much, but the fact that they flat out lied to me is what really showed their true colors.
