AMEN! I've lived here a year (still here unfortunately) and we have gone through 5...FIVE apartment managers. We are currently working on number 6, ALL WITHIN 1 YEAR! Very high prices for what you get. Yeah, they boast 5million in upgrades but the place is a hole as it is.
The facade is nice but we had water leak into our apartment from the outside, many wood roaches, very bad pipes (water is brown if left unused for 5 days or longer), can't get good answers from the management because they change so much. Save your money and use it to move into a respectable complex
