Are you kidding, this place sux! First it is over priced and I moved in after that Melissa girl (though I have already heard stories) and then new one Maria lies to everyone who moves in. Don't believe anythign till you see it. She said our Electric bill was going to be around $90 a month, and it was . . . . for the first one. Now the Bill is over $400 and getting higher. They send a letter over a month after the meter dates and want us to pay a 21.085% rate. Now we have to fight them to honor what they used to get us to sign that dang lease. This is a low grade aprtment with doors that fall off all the time. How many aprartments have you gotten locked INSIDE your apartment' I dont know where these people that like the parking live, but not in this complex becuase cars pile behind each other everynight and park in fire zones because they don't have enough spots.

Woodside Village is horrible, but that girl Melissa is the worst! And her helper Maria isnt far behind her. We moved out a year ago (broke our lease) because they would fix anything and we had MOLD! Anyways, Melissa stole our Washer and Dryer.... the day after we moved out Azuma went to pick up the appliances and they were gone. They had come a day earlier but Melissa refused to let them in to pick up their equiptment. So all these bad reviews dont suprise me. DONT MOVE HERE---- ESPECIALLY IF MELISSA IS STILL THE MANAGER!
