My apt smells like old sewage and mildew... The water stinks and there are tons of maintenance issues here. The management here is unprofessional and never returns calls. They make all these promoises but never deliver. I have been her for over a year and my lease is about to end I will never lease at another Pinnacel property again. I suggest that you stay far far away form this property...There are always small black bugs that get into my food so I'm always having to check my nonperishable foods before I eat it. This place is so ghetto there is always someone fighting outside in the parking lot in the middle of the night. My garbage disposable and toilets are always getting clogged up because the drainage is poor here. This has been the worst 13 months of my ife... If you have small children i would thinkn about leasing somewhere else because my son is always sick due to the smell of this apt....

Exactly! I'm moving out this month and can't wait...it will be running out not walking! There was vandalism and theft about two weeks ago and they have not informed the complex of it - I just happened to see the police and someone's tires stolen and when talking with that neighbor found out that there was vandalism during the day as well. It is getting trashier by the minute and we are on the 3rd or 4th manager this year. I am happy to be done with this place. You can take these with a grain of salt - but buyer beware!!
