Woodtrail Apartments

Very ghetto From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Never mind that there is always trash everywhere or cars in the parking lot playing VERY loud music, nothing in these apartments works. They feel like they are going to fall in at any moment. In the one year we have been there we had a water pipe break, the window leaks buckets of water when it rains heavily, the oven has never worked properly, the fridge freezes things, our dishwasher totally broke and was never fixed, our deadbolt fell in, the disposal and kitchen drain backed up more than once, the hot water in the 2nd bath would just stop working and on and on..... And don't be fooled by renovations they are currently doing - they installed new air conditioners but the units they purchased are the lowest efficiency and they are too small for the square footage. As a result they run 100% of the time and it is never entirely cool. Not to mention a $200 electric bill every month. These apartments should be torn down.
