There is a big board saying that "Best Value in the area" and I would agree that it is BUT only for those who are moving in. Management does not care about current residence, you may get better price when you move in, but once your lease expires, it will go up rediculasly, IT can be anything up to 150 to 200 a month.but if someone is moving in new they will get same or even better apartment at may be even cheaper than you you are paying. No doubt apartments are good, but they do not love current residence and will force you to move out by increasing your rent
