Terrible place to live From: Texan007 Date posted: 4/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   The apartments are unsafe and the management team (especially ------ the lead manager) is a disgrace. Thankfully, I was able to quickly move out of this crack house of an apartment complex. After I moved out, the apartment charged me for water that was used 6 days after I had left Houston. They told me that I was responsible for all water usage up until the end of my lease. So even though I was no longer living in the apartment, I was held responsible for the water bill of someone else. I'm currently pursuing legal action against Wynnewood. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Stay away unless you want a noisy apartment and terrible service.
