Prospective and Current residents renewing lease please check the BBB ratings. The Better Business Bureau of Houston has given a poor rating of F for Yorktown Apartments and for their Camden Properties, which is WORST rating. It's strongly recommended to not to stay here. Probably this may be end of Yorktown's business so they dont care.

I have lived here for three years and believe me, there are worse apartments in the city. I live in the back left hand side of the property and have had no problems with rats or roaches. I like my neighbors many have been here longer than me. Yes I've had problems with A/C & toilet and maintance has been quick to respond. This place is old but not bad for the location.

Reg user 'truly' just because there are no roaches in one apt does not qualify the whole apt complex to be any better than worst. the fact will be known how they treat the tenants when someone leave the apartment and see how they respond.
