Really nice I am very impressed with this small property. I think it only has 36 apartments and they seem to be full all the time. Nice and quite. The people are very friendly. There's a lot of families that have lived here for over 10 years, so I guess they like it here.

Unit ---- occupant is a sexual predator!!! I'm not sure if the management does any background check but I know for a fact that the person who lives on unit ---- is a perverted sexual predator. Keep an eye out for him. He scary and violent!
