I've lived here for about 6 months now and I can not believe the terrible maintenance and service. So far I have 14 service related calls to maintenance regarding hastily repaired cracks and leaks, shaddy patchwork and constant follow-up calls. Every time they perform a half hearted repair

Pavilion is a nice place to Live near to galeria rea. We have more than one very nice pool that are always clean and open to enjoy the time with the kids. They have one of the larges pest control company in USA if You keep your house neat and clean and report any issue since the problem starts

Overall experience was not bad. Problem arose when I tried to terminate. I did not know a written notice was needed. I let the front office know of my terminatuon date verbally. Front lady acknowledged it and said she would take care of it. When it came time to move out, I turned in the keys.
