The Arbors are great! Yes, the rent is up there, but you are really paying for what you get. In my apartment, I have a washer and dryer. The contracts are separate which is great. They have a fitness room open 24 hours, a tanning bed, a pool area, a gameroom, a computer room, and the community is gated... they've got what you are looking for. I am a female and I feel extremely safe here. The apartments were built in 2001. If I ever had a problem - and the only problem I've had has been the ants here - I called them up and they were here the same day to fix it. I plan on living here throughout my time here at SHSU.
