First, things I didn?t like:



Lots of alcoholics. Your typical "rich parents, out of control child" crowd.



If you?re one of the lucky people on the first floor, you may have trash for every single room in the building placed within 10 feet from your door. Very gross.



Perhaps from the alcoholics mentioned above, there are often condoms -- not just one, but around five or six -- around the pool/hot tub area from orgies. This happened MANY times while I lived at Arbors. Not just once or twice, but rather quite frequently.



They don?t care how loud your neighbors are.



Extremely overpriced for not being that big... not only $50-100 more per month than expected, but more like a few hundred dollars.



People from the third floor threw rotten bananas down to the ground, less than 20 feet from my porch. I requested they were cleaned up, but it never happened. They sat there and decomposed until the crows finished the pile off weeks later.



Because of the constant construction and tree-chopping in the area, you?ll get lots of bugs migrating from the former woods into their new home (a.k.a. your kitchen).

Very loud AC units (unusually loud), clumped together by groups of six or so, that are appropriately placed within one foot of your bedroom window.



Things I liked:



Phase II apartments, though even smaller, are new and clean (my roommate and I were the first to move into the building we rented from).



Some apartments include free HBO and somewhat high speed internet.



Conclusion:



If you have the money, go ahead and stay here, especially if you like to have "butter face" sorority girls and pimple-ridden frat boys (steroids are BAD, people!) play volleyball outside your window. Just don?t go anywhere near the pool.
