first and foremost, the staff is incredibly rude and unwilling to help!! not only did we have a problem with ants (continuously), but we had a RAT (approx. 24" from head to tail) live in our apartment for three months!!! the staff at the arbors not investigate, call an exterminator, or put out traps &/or poison, but they blew us off for three months while our apartment was a health hazard and hundreds of our staff was ruined! it wasn't until we finally contacted their corporate owner, that actions began.

parking is somewhat limited and to me, a covered spot was a must, although its cost was not.

the noise is OUT OF CONTROL!! i lived close to the pool and residents occupied the pool area all hours of the day and night! security did nothing about it and neither did staff (big surprise!) the fire alarms would go off almost once a week and was greatly appreciated repeatedly at 3 am.

the grounds and amenities are at first appealing, but the poor construction and heinous office staff quickly out-weigh!!
