Honestly I dont know where some of these reviewers are getting their conclusions from. I have been to the office several times to tan, and also a couple times to get my clicker fixed. They have always been very helpful and very nice to me each time I've been there. I haven't had any maintenance problems except for my dryer vent hose came undone and they fixed it immediately. They are very quick and efficient and the only complaint that I have is that sometimes the hot tub gets dirt in it from people that play sand volley ball and then decide to get in the hot tub, and also, every now and again there will be a lot of the sorority girls playing volleyball next to where my apt is, but its during the day and it's not bothersome. Some people just have to remember that if you're goign to live near a college, you're goign to have college kids who make a little bit of noise every now and again. I've never heard any loud people at night though so so I have no complaints!
