Arbors is very nice, except I have some complaints. The free tanning is nice, but what good is it if the bulbs are always burnt out. The clubs have extended hours, but what good does it do when they close early because they dont have someone to work the hours. This is not my problem. The hot tub always has leaves in it. You have to make sure you are up at 6:00 a.m in the morning to set your garbage out, because if you set it out the night before you get fined 25 bucks. Covered parking is 15 extra added to your rent. If you do not have covered parking you have to walk a block just to get to your apt. The staff is very polite. The game room is very nice and the apartments inside are very nice. They are very expensive though. An efficeny is 500 a month, for only 375 sq ft. Sucky price. You are better off living somewhere else for a better price. Thank you
