They are way too expensive!!! Don't get me wrong, it's a very clean and nice complex, but it's not worth the money... I have an efficiency and I'm paying $500 a month, plus electric and water. If you do want to move in, check your lease carefully before you sign, you would think it was a 12 month lease and not 14. I thought I signed a 12 month lease when I moved in in May, but I come to find out that no matter what, they renew leases in JULY... so now they're suckering an extra $1000 for those extra 2 months.
